One channel per job for the crew, a two-way line to the customer, and every message auto-translated into each person's language, with AI keeping all of it in sync so nothing slips.
Built for the trades that keep homes running
A channel for every job and a line to every customer, with automatic translation and AI running over all of it.
Every job gets an internal channel for the crew and office, plus a separate two-way line the customer can text on. Updates and replies never get crossed.
Your Spanish-speaking crew posts in Spanish, the office reads English, the customer texts in their language, and everyone reads every message in their own. Nobody switches apps.
Pemly Assistant reads the whole job, both channels, in any language, to answer questions, summarize the day, flag delays, and draft the customer update before you have to.
Here's what the customer channel, automatic translation, and AI actually look like inside Pemly.
Every job has an internal channel for the crew and office, plus a dedicated two-way line to text the customer. Send an update, they reply, and it never lands in the wrong place.
The crew posts in Spanish, the office reads English, the customer texts in Portuguese, and Pemly translates every message inline, both directions, in real time. No copy-paste, no switching apps.
Pemly Assistant works across both channels and every language. Ask it anything and it answers from that job's real history, then summarizes the day, flags what's slipping, and drafts the customer update.
Texts, voicemails, and group chats scatter the truth across six places. The office finds out about the delay from the angry customer, not the crew.
If your team can use a group chat, they already know how to use Pemly.
Each job gets a channel with the crew, the office, and the customer details all in one place. No more "which thread was that in?"
Updates, photos, and questions go up in seconds from any phone, in whatever language the crew speaks. The office reads them in English, instantly, the moment they happen.
Pemly Assistant summarizes the day, flags delays, drafts the text to the customer, and makes sure nothing quietly slips through, across both channels and every language.
Pemly isn't one more app to check. It's the one place the job actually lives.
A dedicated line to text the customer, and they text back. Opt-in is captured up front, so you only message customers who said yes, and STOP is handled automatically.
Messages translate automatically across eight languages including Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Tagalog and more. Each person reads and writes in theirs; Pemly bridges the gap.
Ask it anything about a job and it answers from that job's own history. It also summarizes each day, flags risks early, and drafts the customer update so the office doesn't have to.
A clear view of every active job, what's on track, and what needs you, without calling five people to find out.
Every photo, note, and change order stays attached to the job, searchable months later when a callback shows up.
No training, no manuals. If a crew member can send a text, they can use Pemly on day one.
"Before Pemly, the office found out about problems from the customer. Now we know before they do, and the crew and office are finally working off the same page."
Pemly is rolling out to home-service teams in waves. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when your spot opens.
